• Worked in-person and online with both undergraduate and graduate students.
• Provided clients with electronic feedback via digital comments on drafts in Microsoft Word.
• Assisted with developmental issues (including critical reading of assignments and source texts), global and local writing issues, and using digital resources to improve the writing process and product.
